Vunera Child Safety Standards

Vunera supports Google Play Child Safety Standards and applicable legal regulations aimed at preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. Our platform applies a zero-tolerance policy for content and behavior that endanger child safety.
This policy explains the standards we use to keep users safe on the Vunera platform, including Vunera Social, and to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE/CSAM).
1. Age Requirement
Vunera Social is designed only for users aged 18 and above.
Before using Social, users must confirm that they are over 18, accept the Community Guidelines, and have read the privacy information.
Users found to be under 18 may have their Social access disabled for safety reasons.
2. Protecting Children
Vunera considers child safety one of its highest priorities.
The following behavior and content are strictly prohibited: any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM), sexual conversations or requests targeting children, grooming, attempts to communicate inappropriately with minors, content that promotes or normalizes sexual exploitation of children, and any behavior that puts children’s safety at risk.
These violations are treated as the most serious safety breaches.
3. Community Rules
All users on Vunera Social are expected to communicate in a safe and respectful environment.
The following behavior is prohibited: insults, profanity, demeaning language, hate speech, harassment, threats, persistent unwanted messages, sexual harassment, inappropriate sexual content, content that promotes violence, and behavior intended to exploit others.
Users who violate the rules may have their Social access temporarily or permanently disabled.
4. Privacy and End-to-End Encryption
Vunera uses end-to-end encryption technology to protect user privacy.
For this reason, Vunera does not routinely monitor user messages, does not continuously access private chat content, and does not regularly review conversations.
Messages are not stored on our servers as a permanent chat archive.
5. Reporting System
Users can report a message they believe is inappropriate directly inside the app.
To protect privacy, only the reported message, the relevant user profile, and the technical information required for a safety review are shared with Vunera.
The full chat history is not shared. This helps protect user privacy while still allowing safety violations to be reviewed effectively.
6. Review and Enforcement
All reports are reviewed manually by Vunera.
If a violation is confirmed, Vunera may remove the violating content, temporarily suspend Social access, permanently suspend Social access, or apply other safety measures as needed.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
If content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation is detected or reliably reported, Vunera may cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
8. User Responsibility
Anyone using Vunera agrees to share only lawful content, respect the safety of other users, and follow the applicable child protection rules.
Users who violate these rules may have their Social access restricted or terminated.
