Vunera Terms of Use

Vunera is a digital finance management app that offers personal, family, and business finance tracking, budget management, expense and income records, savings goals, AI-powered financial insights, family sharing, Vunera Connect, and shared wallet tracking.

By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Vunera is not a bank, investment institution, payment institution, electronic money institution, accounting service, or financial advisor.

Information, AI insights, charts, budget forecasts, and market content in the app do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Shared wallets, balances, debt/receivable fields, goals, and similar areas do not store, transfer, pay, or create payment orders for real money.

These areas are tracking records manually entered by users.

The minimum age required to use Vunera depends on the module you use:

Personal use (personal finance, family, and shared wallet features): 13 years and older.

Business Mode (business finance management): 18 years and older.

Vunera Social (Vunera Connect, Vuno Loop, and social features): 18 years and older.

Users aged 13-17 must use the app only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Vunera reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found not to meet the age requirement.

The user is responsible for the accuracy and currency of expenses, income, balances, family members, comments, messages, subscriptions, goals, and any other information entered into the app.

Official accounting, declarations, tax, payment, and legal obligations belong to the user.

Users who join a family or shared space accept that certain family data may be shared with other authorized family members.

This may include shared wallet transactions, family comments, Vunera Connect messages, shared goals, and in-family game/activity records.

Vunera Connect, comments, and messaging areas may not be used for abuse, insults, threats, harassment, illegal content, spam, misleading information, or unauthorized sharing of someone else's personal/financial data.

Vunera may limit access or block a user's access after reporting in order to protect safety and legal compliance in case of improper use.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play.

Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes are subject to Google Play rules. If a subscription is cancelled through Google Play, the user may continue using access until the end of the current billing period.

The user can delete their data and account-related records by using the data management tools inside the app.

If cloud backup, family, or shared features were used, the relevant deletion processes are applied according to the technical limits of the service used.

Vunera may improve, change, temporarily suspend features, or perform maintenance work.

For important changes, it will try to inform users through reasonable methods.

The user is responsible for decisions made based on records, analyses, notifications, AI insights, and third-party data in the app.

Vunera cannot be held responsible for losses or disruptions that may arise from data entry errors, connection issues, third-party service outages, Google Play processes, or force majeure events.

Vunera uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) to provide media search, video, and content-sharing features. All users who access or view YouTube content within Vunera agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data provided through the YouTube API is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

Data Loss and Irrecoverability: Under no circumstances shall Vunera be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access data resulting from device malfunction, operating system errors, loss or forgetting of the 12-word recovery key, Google account suspension or access blocks, or Google Drive API quotas and service outages.

Service Provided "As-Is": The Vunera Drive infrastructure is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by changes in third-party (e.g., Google Drive) infrastructure.

Stored Content and Legal Compliance: Due to the zero-knowledge encryption architecture, the developer cannot view, filter, or moderate the content encrypted and stored by users in their Google Drive storage. The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that all stored files comply with local and international laws (copyrights, personal data protection, criminal law, etc.). All legal, administrative, and criminal liability arising from storing illegal materials belongs exclusively to the user. The developer cannot be held liable for any legal violations arising from user activities.

Dependence on Google Terms of Service: In the event of service disruption due to the suspension, deletion of the user's Google account, exceeding storage quotas, or changes in Google API policies, no compensation, claim, or refund can be demanded from Vunera or the developer.

Vunera uses various third-party data providers and API services to offer search and sharing features for movies, TV series, music, books, games, places, and applications:

Movies & TV: TMDB (The Movie Database)

Music & Books: Apple (iTunes Search API, Apple Books) and Open Library

Video Games: IGDB / Twitch API

Location & Maps: Google Places API and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim)

Applications: Publicly available Google Play Store directory data

When viewing content and data supplied through these services, users must comply with the respective platforms' terms of use and privacy policies. Vunera cannot be held responsible for changes made by third-party service providers to their content, availability, or policies.

The Vuno Flash service offered by Vunera is a news aggregation and curation (news feed) feature that presents users with up-to-date technology, economy, current affairs, science, and culture news in the form of summary cards. All users who use this feature are deemed to have accepted the following conditions:

Attribution and Fair Use: The content presented in Vuno Flash cards is compiled from publicly available RSS feeds (Webrazzi, Bloomberg HT, TRT Haber, The Verge, The Guardian, etc.) and summarized for informational purposes. The ownership and editorial copyright of each presented news item belong to the respective publishing organization. Vunera does not claim original ownership of the content; in accordance with fair use principles, it presents the news headline, summary, and attribution to the original source together.

Images and External Links (Hotlinking / Embedding): The news cover images shown on the cards are not hosted or copied on Vunera servers. The relevant images are displayed in real time on the client side via direct links (URLs) shared by publishers in their publicly available RSS feeds. The license, copyrights, and hosting of external images are the responsibility of the respective publishers and agencies.

Content Accuracy and Disclaimer of Liability: Vunera gives no guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of news texts automatically compiled from RSS sources. Vunera cannot be held legally or criminally liable for misleading information shared by third-party publishers, system failures, or changed content.

Copyright Notices (Takedown Requests): If any publisher or rights holder wishes to request the removal of their content or external image links from the Vuno Flash feed, they can submit their request via vunerateam@gmail.com. The request is reviewed, and the source in question is removed from the feed immediately.

Within the scope of Vuno Loop, Vunera acts solely as a "Hosting Provider" (intermediary service provider) in accordance with Law No. 5651 and international legislation. It has no obligation to pre-screen videos, audio, or texts shared by users for legal compliance.

User Responsibility and Copyright: The legal, criminal, and financial responsibility for all uploaded content (video, music, copyrights, personal data) rests exclusively with the uploading user. Any claims arising from violations of third-party rights are directed directly to the user who shared the content.

Prohibited Content and Zero Tolerance: Child abuse and any inappropriate material involving minors (CSAM), explicit pornography/sexual acts, extreme violence, incitement to suicide, propaganda of illegal substances/weapons/terrorism, animal abuse, hate speech, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Such content is removed immediately, the account is permanently closed, and the relevant judicial authorities are notified.

Sensitive Content (+18) and Viewer Declaration: Users who upload videos to the "Sensitive Content (+18)" category legally guarantee that all persons in the video are over 18 years of age and have given their explicit consent. Users who view this category or the general video feed declare in advance that they may encounter content with adult themes and that, by accessing the platform, they agree to view such content of their own free will.

Notice-and-Takedown and Exemption: Content that receives a violation notice may be removed without prior notice. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Vunera platform and its administrators harmless in advance from any administrative, criminal, or legal sanctions that may arise from shared content.
