By using Vunera, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. This page explains the app's scope, user responsibilities, subscription processes, and support channel.

Personal, family, social life, and business finance management
1. Purpose of the App
Vunera is a digital finance management app that offers personal, family, and business finance tracking, budget management, expense and income records, savings goals, AI-powered financial insights, family sharing, Vunera Connect, and shared wallet tracking.
By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Not Financial Advice
Vunera is not a bank, investment institution, payment institution, electronic money institution, accounting service, or financial advisor.
Information, AI insights, charts, budget forecasts, and market content in the app do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
3. Does Not Hold Real Money
Shared wallets, balances, debt/receivable fields, goals, and similar areas do not store, transfer, pay, or create payment orders for real money.
These areas are tracking records manually entered by users.
4. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy and currency of expenses, income, balances, family members, comments, messages, subscriptions, goals, and any other information entered into the app.
Official accounting, declarations, tax, payment, and legal obligations belong to the user.
5. Family and Group Sharing
Users who join a family or shared space accept that certain family data may be shared with other authorized family members.
This may include shared wallet transactions, family comments, Vunera Connect messages, shared goals, and in-family game/activity records.
6. Content Rules for Vunera Connect Family and Social
Vunera Connect, comments, and messaging areas may not be used for abuse, insults, threats, harassment, illegal content, spam, misleading information, or unauthorized sharing of someone else's personal/financial data.
Vunera may limit access or block a user's access after reporting in order to protect safety and legal compliance in case of improper use.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play.
Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes are subject to Google Play rules. If a subscription is cancelled through Google Play, the user may continue using access until the end of the current billing period.
8. Premium Access and RevenueCat
Access to premium features is determined based on whether the subscription is active.
Subscription status may be verified through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. Restoring purchases may be managed in relation to the store account and app user ID connected to the purchase.
9. Account and Data Deletion
The user can delete their data and account-related records by using the data management tools inside the app.
If cloud backup, family, or shared features were used, the relevant deletion processes are applied according to the technical limits of the service used.
10. Service Changes
Vunera may improve, change, temporarily suspend features, or perform maintenance work.
For important changes, it will try to inform users through reasonable methods.
11. Limitation of Liability
The user is responsible for decisions made based on records, analyses, notifications, AI insights, and third-party data in the app.
Vunera cannot be held responsible for losses or disruptions that may arise from data entry errors, connection issues, third-party service outages, Google Play/RevenueCat processes, or force majeure events.
