Vuno Çeviri is a free desktop screen translation and AI dubbing utility that processes screen regions locally, never stores screen captures on servers, and prioritizes user privacy.

No Screen Recording
Selected screen regions are scanned strictly in transient RAM memory for OCR. No image files are ever uploaded to cloud servers or stored permanently.
On-Device Engine
Text recognition operates via native Windows OCR. Your personal API keys (BYOK) and translation histories remain exclusively on your machine.
Closed-Source Freeware
Completely free for personal gameplay and translation. Source code, dubbing algorithms, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Vunera.
1. Screen Capture and Local OCR Privacy
Vuno Çeviri captures only the designated screen coordinates selected by the user for real-time text recognition.
Screen captures are never uploaded to remote cloud servers, stored in external databases, or used to train AI models.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is performed on-device using native Windows platform APIs (Windows.Media.Ocr).
2. Translation Requests & AI Services
Extracted text lines are sent to the user's chosen translation provider (Google Translate, DeepL, or user-supplied Gemini API keys) strictly to generate instantaneous translations.
Vunera does not log, monitor, or profile the dialogue text translated by users.
Custom API keys (BYOK) are stored securely on the local device.
3. Character Dubbing & Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Synthesized audio files generated through Edge TTS or local models are processed in temporary memory buffers and discarded after playback.
The application does not access your microphone or record any ambient audio.
4. Third-Party Game Content Disclaimer
Vuno Çeviri functions strictly as an assistive desktop utility for visual novels (Ren'Py, etc.), story games, and media.
All intellectual property rights and copyrights in the games, scripts, and artwork being translated belong to their respective developers. Vunera claims no ownership over third-party game content.
Users bear sole responsibility for the legality and age appropriateness (18+) of the third-party games processed on their machines.
5. Licensing Terms & EULA (Closed-Source Freeware)
Vuno Çeviri is proprietary freeware software provided free of charge by Vunera.
- Grant of License: Non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal gameplay and translation on Windows systems.
- Ownership: All source code, dubbing algorithms, and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vunera.
- Restrictions: Decompiling, reverse engineering, extracting source code, or reselling the application is strictly prohibited.
- Redistribution: Unmodified installers may be shared freely with original Vunera attribution.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability (AS IS)
The software is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind.
Under no circumstances shall Vunera be held liable for translation errors, voice synthesis delays, game crashes, or system instability.
7. Third-Party Open Source Packages
Vuno Çeviri incorporates select open-source libraries including mss (MIT), winocr (MIT), deep-translator (MIT), edge-tts (LGPLv3), pystray (LGPLv3), and Pillow (HPND/MIT).
